Hi Everyone
A few days ago, during one one of Gabriel's screamathons I put on a CD that someone had given me when my 4 yr old was born called Bengali Lullaby and after only a few minutes he got quiet and fell asleep in the Ergo Carrier (another thing I would recommend). I thought it was just a fluke and tried it again the next day and the same thing happened. Well, I just put the CD on about 10 minutes ago and as soon as he heard it he calmed right down in my arms...not even in the Ergo... I laid him down for a couple of minutes, ran to the bathroom, and when I came back he was asleep! I would highly recommend this CD...it can't hurt to try it and if it doesn't have the same effect for your little ones, it is still awesome. It is wonderful for infant massage, yoga or relaxation since it is 30 min. or so of the same melody with beautiful singing of a traditional chant from India in Bengali, English and Spanish. It "I love you, I love you, I love you my dear baby" The artist's name is Jose Ruben de Leon.
